Window AC units are available in all of the suites

Can I receive mail or packages during my stay?

Yes, packages can be delivered directly to your suite if someone is home, or can be accepted by our Building Caretaker during their regular business hours

Are there quiet hours or building guidelines guests should be aware of?

Building quiet hours are 10 pm - 7 am however we ask that you always respect your neighbours and be mindful of noise throughout the day

How much natural light can I expect throughout the day?

The units have a generous amount of natural light throughout the day. For warmer summer days, a window air conditioning unit is available

Are the studio units located on specific floors only?

No, each floor has 2 studio units

Is there a bike storage area in the building?

There is free bike storage available upon request however there are limited spaces. If you would like to reserve one spot, please arrange with your booking agent or our on-site building caretaker

Does the studio have a dining area?

Yes, the studio has a designated dining area with seating for 3-4 people

What type of bed is included in the studio apartment?

Queen or King size bed

Does the studio have in-suite laundry?

Yes, in suite washer and dryer are available in the suite

Is there a full kitchen in the studio, or just basic kitchen facilities?

All of the suites have a fully equipped kitchen which includes: bakeware, cutlery, small kitchen appliances such as toaster, electric kettle, rice cooker, blender, plates and glasses

Does the studio include an office or desk to work?

Yes, there is an assigned workstation in a solarium

Is the studio comfortable for one guest or a couple?

Yes, the studio suites have a generous amount of space and 1-2 individuals would fit comfortably
